Social security (SGK) incentives significantly reduce the insurance premium burden of private-sector employers that meet certain conditions. We analyse which incentive you can use for each employee and for how long, and we manage the process for you, from the application to the monthly notifications.
Lower your premium cost per employee by applying every incentive you qualify for.
We check incentive eligibility for each of your employees and report the amounts you can benefit from.
For new hires, we plan together which incentive to apply before the employee starts.
We calculate different incentives side by side and present the most advantageous combination clearly.
We follow changes in social security legislation closely and reflect them in our calculations in the same period.
Your reports are prepared in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and shared only with authorised people.
